HyperPod — Next-Gen AI Hive Mining

The Z4G HyperPod is a next-generation mining container concept focused on extreme efficiency, self-generated or ultra-cheap energy, and deep integration with the Zeddy4Good ecosystem. The idea is to turn real-world infrastructure and hashpower into a transparent, on-chain engine for burns, new builds, and Sanctuary growth — not to promise fixed returns to any individual holder.

Illustrative Targets (Not Promises)

For planning, we work with a sample scenario such as:

• ~40 BTC per year per fully built HyperPod, under favorable conditions.
• Roughly US$4.7M/year in gross mining revenue at an assumed BTC price (purely illustrative).
• Actual outcomes depend on BTC price, fees, difficulty, uptime, energy cost, and execution, and may be far higher, lower, or negative.

These figures are not guarantees, investment projections, or promises of profit. They are internal planning numbers to design the system, subject to change and DAO oversight.

Target 4-Way Split of Program Surplus

After covering operating costs, maintenance, compliance, reserves, and any required taxes, the DAO may choose to direct a portion of program-level surplus from the HyperPod according to this 4-way target split:

• 25% — Buy & Burn Z4G: When lawful and feasible, the program can use a portion of surplus to purchase Z4G on the open market and send it to a burn address, permanently reducing supply.
• 25% — Next HyperPod (Growth Fund): Dedicated to funding the next AI Hive HyperPod build — scaling hashpower and the long-term engine behind Z4G.
• 25% — Sanctuary Infrastructure: Land, power, cooling, security, and on-site infrastructure to house HyperPods and future growth.
• 25% — DAO Programs: Grants, relief programs, audits, infrastructure, and R&D, as approved by DAO proposals.

This 25/25/25/25 split is a policy target, not a contractual obligation. Any actual allocation will be decided via on-chain DAO proposals and the DivineCheck safeguard, and may be adjusted over time for legal, technical, or strategic reasons.

Sanctuary Network & Long-Term Vision

Long term, the aim is to grow a network of Sanctuary sites and AI Hive HyperPods across as many of the roughly 195 UN-recognised states as is legally and practically possible. Over time, the DAO can vote on:

• Where to deploy new HyperPods and Sanctuary locations globally.
• How aggressively to use surplus for buy-and-burn events.
• What share should go to new builds vs. relief vs. infrastructure.
• Which additional real-world projects or charities should be supported through the Z4G ecosystem.
